Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
If a board isn't right, we'll fix it. No runaround.
Warranty
All bare boards are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from shipment. If something's off, let us know.
Before You Ship Anything Back
Every return needs an RMA number, no exceptions. Boards that show up without one may get turned away at receiving.
Here's the process:
- Step 1: Call, Email or Chat with Customer Support. Have your order number, part number, and a description of the issue ready when you reach out.
- Step 2: Get your RMA number. We'll send you an RMA number and return instructions. Write it on the outside of the box and include it with any paperwork inside.
- Step 3: Include your test data. Send the boards back with any test data, inspection reports, or failure documentation you have. More detail means faster resolution.
What Happens Next
Our engineering team inspects every returned board before we issue credit or a replacement. That's not negotiable, it ensures every resolution is accurate and fair for everyone.
