DFMplus — Free Online DFM Analysis

DFMplus is ASC Sunstone's free online DFM tool. Submit your design files and receive a comprehensive manufacturability report before your board ever hits the floor.

Your DFMplus report will:

• Flag trace and space violations that could cause yield issues
• Identify drill and hole sizing concerns that may affect reliability
• Confirm file completeness and formatting before your order is processed
• Highlight design details that could affect cost or manufacturability at production scale

DFMplus is available through your ASC Sunstone account and accepts Gerber and ODB++ file formats only. You can also request a DFMplus report directly through the custom quote form, simply check the DFMplus box when submitting and your report will be generated alongside your quote.

Your report is also a great starting point for a conversation with your Customer Service Representative as we work through your custom quote.

Need a Deeper Review?

For complex or high-stakes builds, DFMplus can be paired with an Engineering Review,  a human DFM review by our CAM team that delivers a detailed hit list of items to address before fabrication begins. Engineering Review is available as an add-on service at an additional NRE cost.
